Availability

Please check the availability of a course before sending a booking form. If there is a place available we will hold it for you once you have confirmed by phone or email. However we can only guarantee you a place once your deposit has been received.

Course Fees

A deposit of £25 needs to be made to reserve your place and the full balance needs to be paid in full before the start of the course. Alternatively, you may pay the full course fee when booking if you wish. We will confirm in writing that we have received your booking form and deposit/course fee.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Cheques and forms need to be sent to:

Terms & Conditions

Please note that a booking is made when we’ve received your completed form and deposit. We will send you a letter to confirm your booking.  Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and all courses must be paid in full 10 days prior to it commencing.

Sewing machines will be provided. However you are welcome to bring your own sewing machine. Any sewing machine you bring to be used in our lessons/ workshops must be in full working condition. Any machine that is not working correctly cannot be used. An alternative machine may be available for you to use.

Privacy Policy

Sew n Reap is committed to protect your privacy and will handle all information which it receives from you in accordance with the applicable Data Protection legislation.

Any personal information about you will never be passed on to Third parties.
At the beginning and end of the course we will request you to fill a feedback form. The information provided is for our admin only and will not be shared with any Third parties. Your personal information will be removed from our database on your request. However this request needs to be done in writing.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a booking that has been confirmed, our cancellation policy is below. In all cases of cancellation by you, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

In the event you have paid in full for your course and you provide at least three clear days notice of cancellation, we will refund you the amount paid less the initial deposit. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund where less notice has been provided.

Students who withdraw from courses are not entitled to refunds or other reductions in fees, other than in the most exceptional circumstances.

We do reserve the right to amend or cancel a course or booking at our discretion. In such cases, we will naturally inform you immediately and either offer an alternative date and/or a full refund, including deposit.

Any one 2 one lessons paid for will not be refunded.  We will give you an alternative date, suitable for both parties.
